1 packet minced beef 1 large onion, diced 2rashers bacon 2 carrots, grated 6 mushrooms, sliced Fresh thyme, chopped Tomatoes, chopped 100ml water 1beef stock cube
Heat a pan on a medium heat. Fry the onion bacon carrots and mushrooms in a little oil for 3-4 minutes. Add the mince and cook until the meat has changed to brown in colour. Add the tomatoes, water and stock cube. Bring to the boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 45 minutes until reduced and the meat is tenderised. Add the chopped thyme and serve. |
